    Trailblazers Nepal – Booking Terms & Conditions

    1. Advance Payment: NPR 500/person advance required. Booking not confirmed without it.

    2. Remaining Balance: Full payment (NPR 6,499/person) due on trip day.

    3. Cancellation: 48+ hours before = full refund. Within 48 hours = non-refundable.

    4. No-Show: No refund if you miss the pickup. Seat is forfeited.

    5. Inclusions: Only listed services included. Personal expenses not covered.

    6. Health & Safety: Must be physically fit. Not liable for participant negligence.

    7. Media: Photos/videos may be used for promotion. Inform us if you object.

    8. Force Majeure: Natural disaster/bandh = free reschedule or full refund.
