Yes, according to government regulations, independent trekking is restricted in most mountain regions for safety. Hiring a licensed guide ensures your navigation, high-altitude support, and local cultural interaction are seamless.
Treks vary from easy cultural walks to strenuous high-pass climbs. You don't need to be an elite athlete, but good cardiovascular fitness and leg endurance are highly recommended for regular 5 to 6-hour daily walks.
Our premium packages typically cover airport transfers, trekking permits, internal flights, transportation, tea-house accommodations, meals during the trek, and an expert local guide and porter crew.
