Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations of reserved tour or trekking packages require a genuine reason. Customers must submit a written request to our official email.
- Upon receiving your written request, the company will review the cancellation application and may charge a processing fee.
- Fully paid customers will receive a 100% refund if cancellation is communicated at least 48 hours before the tour.

Health and Fitness
Visitors and trekkers should maintain good physical fitness and mental well-being before commencing a tour. Clients must disclose any health issues during the reservation process. Failure to do so may result in being transferred back from the trip without a refund. Clients should consider factors such as age, pregnancy, medications, and mental health, as these can significantly affect the trip for all participants. While we prioritize the health and safety of our guests, we can only act based on the information provided during booking.
Insurance
Trailblazers Nepal Pvt. Ltd does not provide travel insurance for customers. Clients trekking and exploring high altitudes in the mountains must obtain their own travel insurance, which should cover emergency situations, including accidents, illness, death, fractures, and emergency helicopter rescues during trekking.
Changes to Itinerary
The itinerary may change due to delays in domestic flights at the beginning or end of the trip. Weather conditions in the high mountains are unpredictable, and we want to prepare our valued guests for any potential changes.
In the event of natural disruptions, such as floods or flight delays, clients are responsible for any additional charges incurred, including accommodation, transportation, and guide fees. Trailblazers Nepal Pvt. Ltd will not be liable for missed international flights from your home country, and we may not be able to arrange all planned trips immediately. In such cases, the company will work to organize an alternative itinerary as quickly as possible.
